1st day of DTS

DTS has officially started. It's orientation week this week. We were introduced all the staff on the base (about 20) and got a tour of the property. The base is on 13 acres. It really is beautiful. There's a pool, trampoline, volleyball net, basketball court, and grass area to play soccer. I took pictures of the campus but I forgot to bring my camera up with me tonight so I'll try to post those pictures tomorrow.

It was exciting for me to complete my registration and get my books and key. I have 9 books in all that I have to read. They all look great. Well, I love to read anyway so this is cool for me. :)

Our first official "classtime" was at 4:00pm on Quiet Time with God. It was great. I'm really praying that the Lord would just help me to be completely open to what he has to teach during each class setting. I'm already finding that God is already revealing Himself to me and teaching and changing me so much...and it's only day 1. That's exciting!
